Hubert Perry discusses his first 100 years in his ranch-style home on Mar Vista Street on Saturday, June 8. Perry, who helped found PIH Health, was feted in the hospital wing that bears his name on June 15, 2013 

Care-giver Chanelle Johnson, of Fullerton, has spent 30 hours a week over the last year and a half taking care of Hubert Perry, driving him to functions and making sure the centenarian enjoys his autumn years. 

Three generations of Perrys, Herman, Hubert and Michael, are honored on a photo plaque given by Bank of America, which also named a board room in their honor. With his father, Herman, son, Michael, and now grandson, Kyle, the Perrys have more than 100 years vested in B of A. 

The living room inside Hubert Perry's ranch-style home of 55 years on Mar Vista Street could double as a museum.
